On July 29, The Third World Economic and Environmental Conference (WEC), as an important non-government meeting in 2010 in the field of low carbon and environmental protection, pulled open the curtain in Beijing. Shen Longhai, Chairman of Steering Committee of IEEPA, and host of the conference, read out the congratulatory letter from Ablet Abduréshit, Vice-Chairman of CPPCC.
